Improve Team Communication with Myers Briggs Utilizing the Myers Briggs assessment, an expert facilitator guides participants through exercises to better understand personality types. Learning valuable insights and tools to communicate more effectively with different styles. *Requires an additional fee for the pre-work assessment. 2 hours
Conflict management – Ladder of Inference Participants learn the Ladder of Inference tool to help them become aware of the steps in their reasoning process and how to avoid making assumptions before taking action. Using the Ladder is one of the ground rules and helps to avoid misunderstandings. and to manage conflict. 60 or 90 min
Conflict management – TKI Assessment Begins with a self-assessment tool called the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (“TKI”) to measure individual tendencies in dealing with interpersonal and organizational conflict. The program includes techniques on how to manage conflict depending on the situation at-hand. *Requires an additional fee for the pre-work assessment. 2 hours
Managing Change Participants learn the stages that individuals and organizations go through when experiencing change and challenge and how to best move through the stages. 2 hours
Diversity & Inclusion - Education Participants learn to better understand your implicit biases and microaggressions. During facilitated activities, participants reflect on how they personally respond to bias and what they can do to become a change agent. (Manager version 30 minutes extra) Participants learn how to facilitate conversations and practice handling difficult questions from their team 2 hours
Diversity & Inclusion - Empathy The program provides information on understanding bias and how it may unconsciously shape perspectives. Participants go through facilitated activities to explore other perspectives and practice communication tools that help enable productive conversations about bias. 2 hours
Diversity & Inclusion - Action Participants reflect on how they personally respond to bias, identify and prioritize current barriers getting in the way of having a more diverse and inclusive team/organization. Participants spend time creating an action plan on what to do individually and as a team to overcome these barriers. 2 hours
