Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman
Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman is Founder and CEO of Inside Out Learning, Inc. (IOL), an award‐winning global leadership, team and organization development consulting business. “Dr. Sharon” and IOL are active members of the Women’s President’s Organization (WPO). Only 3% of women-owned businesses gross the required revenue to qualify for WPO membership. IOL is certified with Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). In addition to running IOL, Dr. Sharon is a global executive and presentation skills coach, leadership and organization development consultant, speaker, writer, educator, wife and mom.
With over 25 years of global experience, Sharon has worked across the United States and Europe as well as Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand for clients such as American Express, GE’s Leadership Development Center, ExxonMobil, E*TRADE, ARCO Chemical, AstraZeneca, Fannie Mae, Arizona Society of CPA’s, Volvo, and the National Reconnaissance Office.
She has designed and delivered over 2,000 innovative programs, including many women’s development and executive presence and presentation skills programs. Dr. Sharon has coached thousands of CEO’s, executives, educators, professionals, and entrepreneurs worldwide.
For the past 16 years, Dr. Sharon served as a preferred executive coach for hundreds of Boeing Vice Presidents and Executives with exceptional results, including promotions, developmental job assignments, and saving E‐Series. She has personally designed and is teaching the Executive Presence and Presentation Skills Programs, and team development programs to thousands of Boeing employees. Over 80% of employees who participate in these programs achieve a promotion. Sharon also has her Top Secret Security Clearance and helps executive clients, program teams and customer relationships in classified environments.
She was the co‐founder and first Director of Central Phoenix Women, a networking organization for women leaders, and wrote a regular column for Phoenix Woman Magazine.
Dr. Sharon holds a doctorate from Columbia University in Leadership and Organization Development, a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and two Bachelor degrees. She also has several coaching and assessment certifications.
Dr. Sharon has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Columbia University and as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Center for Creative Leadership.
Dr. Sharon has been quoted on her views of coaching in numerous publications including, The New York Times, MORE magazine, and Oprah’s magazine, 'O' magazine. She has been honored and received awards from the Center for Creative Leadership and the Academy of Human Resource Development for her work and research on how to facilitate transformation in leadership development programs.

Dr. Fariba Alamdari
Dr. Fariba Alamdari is a Senior Consultant at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Dr. Fariba Alamdari has 30 years of senior executive leadership in the global aviation and aerospace industries. For over a decade, Fariba led Marketing Strategy for the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. In 2018, she took the role of Corporate Vice President leading the development and execution of new Customer Talent and Leadership Development programs for The Boeing Company. Prior to Boeing, Fariba served as Chairman of UK Cranfield University’s Department of Air Transport, and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Manufacturing and Science where she taught and mentored many of the aerospace industry Senior Executives of today. She is on the advisory board of UW Centre for Leadership and Strategic Thinking.
Fariba is recognized as an inspiring, creative and strategic leader. She has received several awards for her leadership, promotion of diversity and impact on the global aviation industry. Crystal Blackwell
Crystal Blackwell is a Senior Consultant at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
20 years experience as a successful business leader, professional, Executive Coach and Life Coach.

She works with companies large and small to help them maximize productivity and tenure of all their workers through understanding the differences and similarities amongst the 5 generations in the workplace.

Leo Caldwell (He/Him/They)
Leo Caldwell is a Senior Consultant at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Leo is an award-winning virtual trainer and work-from-home veteran.
From a newspaper editor to a virtual corporate trainer, Leo brings his design expertise to any project. He has partnered with a diverse set of industries, including pharmaceutical companies, engine manufacturers, and non-profits.
He has a master's in digital storytelling. He is passionate about sharing his story as a trans person to help change the world. He has been published in the Huffington Post, Gannett newspapers, and Slate.
Leo recently launched his inclusivity training business, Empathy By Design, that focuses on all-gender and LGBTQ+ training.
He lives in New Jersey with his son, wife and two dogs.

Cindy Charlton
Cindy Charlton, MA, PCC is a Senior Consultant and Certified Executive Business Coach for Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Cindy joined the IOL team in 2018 as a facilitator and has used her talents and strengths of laser focus and committed life-long learning and growth to help others passionately connect to their own inspiration, gifts and talents. Cindy’s Myers-Briggs type index is INFJ, so she easily senses others emotional states as they work to develop themselves.
Cindy has offered her clients coaching, consulting and training, and psychotherapy services since 1994, Cindy has deep experience facilitating groups in the subject areas of leadership, performance management, coaching, and executive presence, especially when communicating and presenting persuasively. As an executive coach, she is known as a corporate relationship sage in that she can help the most troubled teams and individuals get back to productivity quickly. Her professional experience spans all industries and numerous government agencies.
Cindy is both a certified coach and licensed clinical psychologist. She has a B.S. in Education and Psychology and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology. She lives in the St. Louis, MO area with her husband of 40 years, Lee Konczak. In her spare time she enjoys reading, exercising, practicing and teaching yoga, traveling, and spending time with her precious grandchildren, family and dear friends.

Craig Cooning
Craig Cooning is a Senior Consultant with SCI Access at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Cooning most recently was president of Network and Space Systems (N&SS) for The Boeing Company, where he led approximately 10,000 employees across 38 states and 5 countries. N&SS, an $8.5 B in annual revenue business unit provided customers worldwide with space exploration, cybersecurity, missile defense and satellite communications solutions, including the International Space Station, Space Launch System, Ground-based Midcourse Defense, Global Positioning System and Wideband Global SATCOM satellite systems, Intelsat and Inmarsat. In addition, while at Boeing Cooning served as Chairman of the Board of United Launch Alliance, a venture owned by Lockheed Martin and The Boeing Company.
Before becoming N&SS president, Cooning served as vice president and general manager of Boeing Space and Intelligence Systems and Boeing Satellite Systems International CEO. Cooning joined Boeing in September 2005 after more than three decades of service in the United States Air Force, where he retired as a Major General and director of Space Acquisition in the Office of the Under Secretary of the Air Force. In the Air Force Cooning held a variety of Command, Program Director and Program Executive Officer positions before retiring in 2005.

Shannon Dodd (She/Her)
Shannon Dodd, Business Operations Manager of Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Shannon Dodd has worked in the training and consulting field for more than 15 years. An accomplished professional with an outstanding record of success leading both internal improvement efforts and global consulting engagements. Shannon is a creative problem-solver with a true aptitude for creating order out of chaos.
One of Shannon’s recent accomplishments was creating a CRM system structure and reports to help identify and serve IOL customer needs.
Shannon has worked with many leading organizations including Boeing, Toyota, UPS, American Express and GlaxoSmithKline.

Brendan Doyle
Brendan Doyle has been honoured to work with Dr. Sharon Lamm-Harman and the wider IOL team as a Contractor who provides local support to IOL Australian clients.
Whether as a senior manager, business owner or management consultant, Brendan has sought over the last 40 years to find the alchemy that results in aligned and engaged individuals and workplaces. As the automation of work continues, effective personal and inter/intragroup communication has never been more critical to organisational performance. Couple this with the continuing challenge of decreasing workforce engagement, organisations must focus on creating and maintaining an environment that allows individual and group purpose and identity to be aligned and satisfied.

Samantha Feuerzeig (She/Her)
Samantha Feuerzeig is the Program Manager at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Samantha is the Inside-Out Learning first point of contact for both internal and external communications. With customer service as her top priority, she takes responsibility for the initiative and the ability to make things happen. Her attention to detail in coordinating the logistical services ensures the ongoing smooth running of the entire organization.
As a professional business manager and office manager, she brings over twenty years of excellent customer service skills in providing operational and administrative assistance to thousands of associates.
If you have a question or a concern, be assured that she is known for being supportive of other needs by taking immediate action with decisiveness and accuracy while maintaining a flexible, reliable discretionary manner.

Randy Ganacias
Randy Ganacias is a Senior Consultant at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Since 2014, Randy has managed the technical and video production of IOL programs. He also assists in the development of presentations and pitches for leaders in aerospace, healthcare, and higher education with a list of thousands of leaders over the past 20 years. A recent consultation assisted in a contract award of over 300M.
Randy is also a product developer and inventor. His focus is always on the outcome and experience, whether it's a consumer, decision-maker, or investor, his work and guidance reflects his empathetic, customer-centric approach.
Randy's Meyer's Briggs type is ISTJ, but he identifies as an ENFP when around his wife and an INTP at the poker table. His strongest Executive Presence qualities include thoughtfulness & clarity.

Angela Garmon
Angela is a Senior Consultant at Inside-Out Learning, Inc. (IOL)
Angela Garmon is a leading voice for effective change management. Angela is a sought after speaker and facilitator, who delivers a variety of engaging talks on topics that enable others to cultivate their desired results.
Angela's career started in hospitality. She had the opportunity to work in 5 star and 5 diamond environments. Therefore, she understands the importance and impact of culture.
Working up the ranks to an Interim Director of Finance and Six Sigma Green Belt for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Angela saved the company millions by creating a best practice project that became nationally recognized, which charted the course for her progression.
Now, she leverages these skills to develop the right strategies for her clients to produce high performing teams, while also maximizing their own leadership potential.
Angela enjoys speaking to executives, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and attorneys. When she speaks, Angela positions the audience in a way that allows her to gently challenge them to explore how they show up, understand who they influence, and discover ways they can lead change despite the obstacles they face.

James Hartman (He/Him)
James Hartman is a Managing Director with Inside-Out Learning, Inc. (IOL).
James has over 20 years of experience as a sales professional at The Vanguard Group, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and Charles Schwab, where his role was to manage and develop new client relationships resulting in millions of dollars in new business. He understands the importance of authenticity and executive presence when communicating with an audience.
James brings his experience presenting to clients, prospects, corporate boards as well as larger industry organizations to IOL. James has held various leadership roles, from being President of his Toastmaster’s Club to serving on the board of Seacrest Investment Management. He is also very involved in Boy Scouts of America and his community through the YMCA and Desert Foothills Foodbank.
In his business development role with Inside-Out Learning, James manages corporate communication and marketing strategies to develop new client relationships. As a video reviewer James shares his unique insights as a public speaker obtained as a sales professional and member of Toastmasters.
James has a BS in Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in financial management from Drexel University. He is passionate about helping others express their authenticity.
James lives in Cave Creek, AZ with his amazing wife, 13-year-old son and a variety of domesticated and wild animals (teenager not included).

Lisa Ann Landry
Lisa Ann Landry, MSM, is a Senior Consultant at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Over the past 24 years, Lisa Ann has been an international trainer and executive coach to thousands of managers and executives offering programs such as diversity and inclusion, management, communications, and emotional intelligence.
She is proud to have served on the board of the Greater Georgia Black Chamber of Commerce.
Her mission is H.O.P.E. that is Helping Other People Every Day through coaching and training to find better options for their lives and to move forward in their careers incorporating the IOL motto of “be better than their past best.”

Phillip Lechter
Phillip Lechter is a Senior Leadership Consultant for Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Phillip is an accomplished business executive, entrepreneur, business and executive coach, international speaker and mentor with a strong focus on leadership and family values. Over the past 20 years Phillip has worked with a vast array of businesses from start-ups, SMBs and fortune 500. Phillip is also the co-creator of ThriveTime for Teens, a finance and life-skills reality board game and host of the online show “Book of the Week“.

Rebecca Livesey
Rebecca Livesey is a Senior Consultant for Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
She is an Executive Leader, Strategic Facilitator, Executive Coach, and Keynote Speaker dedicated to making a difference in the world of work. For over 20 years, she has worked in strategy and leadership roles across Australia and the UK, leading and facilitating complex change in large organizations. She has an MA in Mathematics from Oxford, is a behavioral profiler and has extensive expertise in mindset coaching and culture change.
Rebecca is regularly interviewed by the media on her approach to leadership and has been featured in CEO Magazine, Business Insider Australia, ANZ Bluenotes, and M2 Women. She is a regular contributor to Entrepreneur.com writing about leadership and business transformation.

Bridgett McGowen
Bridgett McGowen is a Senior Consultant and Co-facilitator for Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Bridgett McGowen is an award-winning international professional speaker; a 2019-2020 Forbes Coaches Council official member; the founder and owner of BMcTALKS Press, an independent publishing company; and the founder and owner of BMcTALKS Academy where she helps professional women be the most engaging, dynamic, incredible communicators ever.
Bridgett has been a professional speaker since 2001 and has spoken on programs alongside prominent figures such as former President Barack Obama, Deepak Chopra, Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod), Oprah Winfrey, Shonda Rhimes, Katie Couric, and Janelle Monae.
The prestigious University of Texas at Austin presented her with a Master Presenter Award; Canada-based One Woman has presented her with two Fearless Woman Awards; and she has facilitated hundreds of workshops, keynote and commencement addresses, conference sessions, trainings, and webinars to thousands of students and professionals who are positioned all around the globe.

Claude McLean Jr.
Claude McLean Jr. is a Senior Consultant and Co-facilitator for Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
With over 18 years in the Financial Services and Insurance industry, Claude McLean Jr. brings his unique skill set and extensive knowledge to his role as a Consultant with Inside Out Learning.
Prior to joining Inside-Out Learning, Inc. Claude worked for Cole Capital, Jackson National Life Insurance and Old Mutual Financial Network. His banking experience includes working for Sun Trust and Bank Of America. Mr. Mclean is a former Toast Masters Champion and still remains an active member today.
Mr. McLean’s diverse background in Presentations, Public speaking Coaching and Development gives him the ability to provide both comprehensive and consultative support to his clients.

Jim Meier
Mr. Meier has been a Senior Leadership Consultant with IOL since his retirement from full-time employment in early 2018.
He began his career in the aerospace industry nearly 40-years ago. He has held positions in operations, marketing, business development, contracts, program management and was a registered federal lobbyist.
For 31 years of his career, Jim was a senior executive with Sabreliner Corporation and its predecessor company, Rockwell International. He reported to the Chairman and CEO of the company. He left Sabreliner in 2011 to pursue his consulting business.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, his position placed him in numerous meetings with key defense aerospace senior executive members from Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. As a lobbyist, Jim provided briefings to US House of Representatives and the Senate, along with senior military officers.
He is a graduate of Franklin University with a degree in Business Administration with graduate studies in Leadership from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Marsha Petrie Sue
Marsha Petrie Sue, MBA is a Senior Consultant and Co-facilitator for Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
She is a retired Executive Vice President, Westinghouse Financial Services, American Directory. During her time there, her focus was turnaround, due diligence, sales, and marketing.
Over the past 25 years, Marsha has tailored presentations for Fortune 500 companies, Associations, and Government Agencies. She has also been an Executive Coach for the leadership teams such as American Express, Shell Oil, Best Western Hotels, Alcor, and more.
Marsha is a facilitator for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Assessment Instrument.
She is the author of best-selling management, communication and leadership books that have been translated into over 11 languages.
Marsha received her Masters of Business Administration and attended Darden Business School.
She lives in Arizona with her husband Al, spending many volunteer hours on conservation projects. She is the Chair for She Never Quit/Women’s Outdoor Media Association, raising money for the Navy Seal Widows in need.

Brett Piper (He/Him)
Brett Piper, Technical Analyst of Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Brett is a skilled and goal-oriented Technical Analyst who is highly passionate about using modern technologies to develop and support engaging and highly scalable customer-facing applications. His focus is on building new things, solving complex problems and working across discipline lines.
Brett received his B.S. in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
Brett’s Myers-Briggs type is INFJ and his primary Executive Presence Qualities are Warmth, Sincerity and Thoughtfulness.
Fun Fact: Brett has seen 50+ different musicals and has no plans on stopping now.
Hobbies: Brett is an avid Laker fan who tries his best to watch every minute they play. He also loves getting lost in a cutting edge video game, especially those with an open world concept. Above all, Brett enjoys spending every possible moment with his family.

Diane Shapiro
Dr. Diane Shapiro is a Senior Consultant with SCI Access at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Over the past 30+ years, Dr. Shapiro had many interesting and challenging experiences, including being an Assistant professor at UCLA and held numerous positions at The Boeing Company during her tenure. At Boeing, she assisted in winning the C-17 aircrew training proposal, worked in the Quality and Business areas and led Flight Operations, Accident Investigations and Safety for several years. She ended her Boeing career as Director of Human Resources for the Satellite business. In addition to Human Resources, she was an assistant to the President of Network and Space Systems.
Dr. Shapiro is a member of the UCLA HARRT organization which includes Human Resources researchers interacting with practicing HR leaders to learn the science and share experiences within the changing Human Resources field.
Her passion is in helping people grow and leveraging their strengths.

Marshall Short
Marshall Short is a Senior Consultant with SCI Access at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Marshall Short joined the Inside-Out Learning Company in 2018 as a trainer, facilitator, and practitioner after retiring in December 2017, as the VP of Boeing Test & Evaluation with 35 years in leadership and engineering.
In 2009, Mr. Short was asked to lead the stand-up of The Boeing Company’s newly formed and centrally managed test capability across the company accountable for lab infrastructure and performing all testing across the Boeing product portfolio. He oversaw 3000 engineers and technicians, $3 billion in laboratory assets and an annual operating budget of $1 billion.
Mr. Short joined The Boeing Company (originally Hughes Aircraft Company) after receiving his BS, Electrical Engineering in 1983 from Kansas State University. He performed a series of progressively responsible roles in engineering across the Space and Intelligence Systems organization supporting commercial and government programs. Mr. Short received an EMBA prior to becoming Director of Engineering and was soon given the responsibility for the Southern California, 11,000-engineer, organization, leading a more effective approach to developing and deploying engineering talent and best practices.
Marshall Short enjoys working with people and building high-performance teams with significant accountability.

Marshall and his wife of 36 years recently moved to Colorado to be closer to family and the open outdoors. He enjoys golfing, hiking, and trips to the family farm in Kansas where his brothers put him to work.

Mark Spiwak
Mark Spiwak is a Senior Consultant with SCI Access at Inside-Out Learning (IOL).
Mark retired from the Boeing Company, with almost 33 years of service, as President of Boeing Satellite Systems International, Inc. and Vice President of Commercial Satellite Systems at the end of 2017.
He has over three decades of business and engineering leadership experience supporting global commercial and government customers. Mark is a transformational leader and facilitator who has been involved with and led organizational re-alignments and helped customers significantly improve their business performance. Mark is passionate about mentoring and developing strong personal and professional relationships. He also served on the Board of TreePeople, a non-profit leader in environmental change.
Mark is also a Board member of KenCast, a secure broadcasting company specializing in secure content delivery utilizing patented Forward Error Correction (FEC) capabilities.
Spiwak received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton, and an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California.
