Leadership Team Off-Sites

We use proven methods to transform teams helping them learn from the past and move towards their optimal future state.  All change comes from the inside-out which is why we determine the priorities that your team needs to focus on through comprehensive assessments. We then customize an off-site around your team’s primary focus areas, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, to create your desired team alignment. Focus areas could include vision, strategy, role clarity, team building, conflict resolution, decision making or problem-solving.

Relationship Repair Workshop

Whether internally within a team, between 2 teams or externally with a customer and/or supplier, we have a proven workshop to help transform your relationships and get your teamwork back on track. For example, we helped a large government program with intense congressional visibility cross the finish line. We were the team’s last resort as they were about to cancel the program. The customer, supplier and prime contractor had such damaged relationships they could no longer trust one another or work together. Within 5 days, we helped transform 6 years of hatred to a functioning team.
