This module requires customer interviews and analysis of responses or existing customers to volunteer to provide live insights and perceptions. Participants break into small groups and compare/contract each customer interview then report out key insights. Participants have a chance to learn from the interviews and then come up with next steps actions to improve.

Participants explore what has been effective in the past and what patterns have created non-productive behaviors with a customer. As a team, participants bring forward lessons learned and key successes to define future relationship with the customer.
