Participants evaluate the current meeting structure and decide what to keep, stop and start. The purpose and the value of each meeting is also evaluated.

The team develops a team engine statement which is a philosophy that the team wants to operate by.  They also create success criteria and measures for living the team engine. In addition, the team decides how they will implement the team engine in their daily teamwork.

Utilizing the Myers Briggs assessment, an expert facilitator guides participants through exercises to better understand personality types. Learning valuable insights and tools to communicate more effectively with different styles. Other assessments can be substituted for the MBTI: DISC, Strengths Finder, Insights, etc.

Teams learn and explore the factors that create trustworthiness, understand the natural process people go through to develop trust and practice tools to ensure their words and actions create the ideal environment to build real trust.

A variety of fun and engaging interactive exercises that are designed to help the team get to know each other. These exercises are distributed throughout the offsite in order to maintain high energy.

We help your organization define the current culture and your desired culture. Facilitate a process that allows the team to put an implementation plan in place for how to achieve the desired culture. Possible tools: OCAI Assessment, Competing Values Framework, etc.

The Team agrees on how they would like to operate including meeting effectiveness communication, teamwork, accountability and safety norms.

Participants walk away with increased awareness and understanding of team dynamics, communication tools to create alignment and overcome their misunderstandings. Five tools are covered in this module: Authentic Presence Qualities, Style Recognition, Stages of Team Development, Ground Rules, and Ladder of Inference.

Different groups that exist within the room (internal team or internal team with customer team) take turns sharing what it’s like to be in their group and how they feel being part of the team. Through deep listening, the group hears and understands what the other group is going through and develops empathy for the other groups.
