Description

This module focuses on how to create win-win deals with customers that lead to sustainable customer relationships. Utilizing tools such as the Ladder of Inference, Johari Window and Consensus Decision Making, participants work in small groups to explore a typical customer situation and practice utilizing tools to create mutually advantageous solutions.

Description

This module requires customer interviews and analysis of responses or existing customers to volunteer to provide live insights and perceptions. Participants break into small groups and compare/contract each customer interview then report out key insights. Participants have a chance to learn from the interviews and then come up with next steps actions to improve.

Description

Participants explore what has been effective in the past and what patterns have created non-productive behaviors with a customer. As a team, participants bring forward lessons learned and key successes to define future relationship with the customer. This module can be effectively combined with the Past Exercise, Customers Perspective and Visioning Exercises.

Description

Various modules are used together for the purpose of having the internal company team and the customer team repair relationships.  Modules include ways for the groups/teams to build empathy, understanding, and resolve conflicts.  The groups/teams leave the past in the past and develop a future vision and positive ways to interact to accomplish that vision.
