Description
Participants learn to better understand your implicit biases and microaggressions. During facilitated activities, participants reflect on how they personally respond to bias and what they can do to become a change agent. Manager version is 30 minutes of extra time, so managers will learn how to facilitate conversations and practice handling difficult questions from their team.

The program provides information on understanding bias and how it may unconsciously shape perspectives. Participants go through facilitated activities to explore personal stories told from participants’ unique perspectives and life experiences. While each participant shares, the other participants are taught to deeply listen to and empathize with these personal stories and perspectives. As a result, participants leave feeling deeply heard and honored for their unique experience.

Description
Participants reflect on how they personally respond to bias, identify and prioritize current barriers getting in the way of having a more diverse and inclusive team/organization. Participants spend time creating an action plan on what to do individually and as a team (if participants are completing the training with an intact work team) to overcome these barriers.

Participants start with an assessment to discover their personal global self-awareness. The program includes role plays to better understand how to navigate various cultures and tools to continue to improve their global awareness.
